2nd Floor BBQ Use Rules
One Cardiff Road — 2nd Floor Barbeque Terrace
I/We hereby agree to the following terms and conditions in consideration for the use of the premises by myself/ourselves, members of my/our family and invited guests. I/We further agree that any breach of these terms and conditions will be my/our responsibility, and I/we will be paying for any charges that may result from damages, misuse, injuries or/and uncleanliness of the barbeque, and that I/we may not be permitted to use the BBQ area again.
The hours of operation of the areas where the barbeque(s) are located (the "Barbeque Areas") are 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily.
Barbeque use is for a 40-minute period, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., so the last use time will be 9:20 pm.
The 2nd floor barbeque(s) are reserved with an amenity booking. First come, first served basis, if not reserved.
The barbeque terrace and adjoining amenity space has an occupancy load of 30 persons.
Please ensure that you shut off the BBQ gas line after use by closing the valve on the gas cylinder. Please replace the barbeque cover when the barbeque has cooled.
The BBQ must be cleaned after use. The resident must put all garbage in trash bags and remove from the area. The bags may be put into the various garbage chutes. (Note: Please do not force large bags down the chutes.)
Running, yelling and disruptive behaviour is not permitted in the Barbeque Area. Any person who behaves inappropriately may be removed from the Barbeque Area.
No glass containers or bottles are permitted in the Barbeque Area. You must use paper plates and plastic or non-breakable cups or cans.
Children under 18 years of age are not permitted near the BBQ area.
No pets are allowed in the BBQ Area.
No smoking in the BBQ Area.
Use of the barbeque and Barbeque Area shall be at the resident's own risk. The condominium corporation, property management and/or their agents are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property or for personal injury to residents or their guests, however caused.
